An owner of the Los Chilangos taco truck reported Wednesday morning that it was vandalized.
According to police reports, the truck was parked on Georgesville Road when the owner found it had extensive damage.
Police are charging Marty R. Hart, 33, with vandalism in the case.
The victim said the damage was so extensive that the truck was unable to be used. It's estimated at $1,000 but the owners hope insurance will cover it.
A judge set Hart's bond at $5,000 on Thursday.
