Powell city leaders are moving ahead with a plan to divide 67-acres into lots for single-family homes.
The land will most likely be annexed to the city, which means residents of the proposed a 119 home subdivision would receive Powell city services.
The currently unincorporated land straddles the line between Liberty and Concord townships, just south of home road - west of Steitz Road.
Powell’s city manager says a construction timeline has not been established, ThisWeek Community Newspapers reported.
