3 Arrested After Authorities Discover Drugs, Stolen Property In Apartments

Three people faced charges after investigators caught them with drugs and stolen property.

The METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with other investigators served a search warrant at an apartment, located at 362 Jennings Avenue, where they discovered heroin, crack cocaine, cash and stolen property.

Authorities arrested John Goodall and Crystal Tigner, who live in the apartment, were both arrested.

Another search warrant at an apartment located along Cedar Street turned up heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and stolen property. Authorities arrested Jose Aponte-Oscasio, who lives at the apartment.

Goodall was charged with possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine. Tigner was charged with permitting drug abuse and receiving stolen property.

Oscasio was charged with trafficking heroin, as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

METRICH is a task force spanning 10 counties in central Ohio aimed at reducing the availability of illegal drugs and weapons through proactive enforcement efforts.
