1 In Custody After Running From Scene Of Crash On Harrisburg Pike

Harrisburg Pike at Rosemont Avenue was closed on Wednesday afternoon because of a two-vehicle crash.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, two vehicles collided at about 3:25 p.m.

Sheriff’s officials said that a gun was found in one of the vehicles, and a person took off running from the crash scene.

The unidentified person was taken into custody. Authorities reopened the road around 5:15 p.m.

The names of those involved in the crash were not immediately released.

There were no injuries reported from the crash.
