Visitors saw some of the splendor of the Ohio Governor's Residence on Tuesday as they took a tour of the home.
Volunteers gathered at the 1925 Jacobean Revival home just before Thanksgiving to decorate it for the holiday season.
Trees, wreaths, garland and holly were hung in several rooms of the residence on Parkview Ave. The exterior of the home is also dressed with lights.
Tours began on the last Tuesday of November. Hours for visitors to see the home during the holidays are limited to 10:30 a.m., noon and 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.
Tours for Dec. 18 sold out, so officials decided to add tours on Wednesday Dec. 19. Tours will be at 10:30am and noon.
Public and student tours can be scheduled on most Tuesdays throughout the year.
