Sheriff's officials said that they believed a woman was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana when she struck and killed a Logan County teenager.

Cathy Humphries was charged with two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence, two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of failure to stop after a crash.

Humphries, 49, is accused of striking 15-year-old Austin Houser as he was walking along state Route 274, north of Rushsylvania, on Oct. 25.

The Benjamin Logan High School football player's body was found in a ditch off of the side of the road, authorities told 10TV News in October.

Logan County Sheriff's officials told 10TV News that they had identified a vehicle of interest shortly after the fatal crash.

Humphries had a blood-alcohol level of 0.278 -- three times the legal limit -- after the crash.
