Police had an apartment building east of the Ohio State University campus surrounded Saturday night as they searched for two robbers.
Authorities said that a suspect or suspects had robbed a Bob Evans restaurant on Olentangy River Rd. earlier on Saturday. A man was also robbed on E. 17th Ave. and Summit St. in a crime police said might have been related.
The hunt for the suspects police led to the 1500 block of N. 4th Street. Police said the suspects ran into a building in the area.
Police closed N. 4th St. at Chittenden Ave. while they conducted a search.
After two hours, police said their suspects were not located.
