One Wounded In West Columbus Shooting

Two people were in police custody following a shooting on city's West Side on Saturday.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired around 4:30 p.m. at 133 Schultz Ave.

They found a 17-year-old male wounded in the left elbow by a small-caliber weapon.

Police said the condition of the victim was not life threatening.

Paramedics transported him to Mount Carmel West Hospital.

Investigators took two people into custody at the scene.
