A school secretary was forced into the role of a nurse in a school parking lot Thursday morning, according to WDTN-TV.
Just before 8 a.m., the baby was delivered in a Nissan Altima with the help of school officials.
Police dispatchers talked the secretary through the birthing process, including pinching off the umbilical cord.
Mother Jessica Flores, 20, and her girl were taken to the hospital once emergency crews arrived on the scene.
Both mother and daughter are reportedly doing fine.
