A man faced charges accused of sexually assaulting a child for two years.
Police arrested Douglas Orner on Wednesday. He was accused of assaulting a now four-year-old girl since September 2010.
The child articulated the abuse to her parents, who alerted authorities. Orner, 33, was a family acquaintance.
