A man faces a felonious assault charge after allegedly shooting another man.
According to court documents, Teddy Asefa shot another man in the neck in the early morning hours of Oct. 26 along Parsons Avenue and Gates Street.
The shooting allegedly took place after an argument about missing marijuana.
