Police were investigating a young girl's claims that a person in a van followed her and took her picture while she walked to the bus stop.
According to police reports, the 10-year-old girl said that she was walking near East 19th Avenue when someone inside a white van flashes the vehicle's headlights and started taking pictures of her around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
The girl ran to her bus stop and told her friends about the incident.
A description of the person inside the van and specifics about the van were not immediately available.
10TV News spoke with the principal of the girl’s school, who said that the girl changed her story slightly and said that the man did not roll down the window but did take pictures of her.
