Columbus City Schools is investigating a report that a man attempted to entice a teenage girl near Northland High School.
According to school district spokesman Jeff Warner, the girl ran into Northland High School and reported the occurrence around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The girl, whose identity was not released, is not a Northland High School student. School officials called police and planned to send out a notice to surrounding schools and parents on Wednesday.
This will be the third notice regarding alleged enticement attempts sent out by the school district this year.
