The Ohio Highway Patrol said one person was killed in a crash Tuesday morning on Township Road 80 (Mallow Road) in Ross County.
Jason R. Francis, 23, of Frankfort was killed when the Honda Civic he was driving went left of center and struck a Toyota Sienna.
The driver of the Sienna, 67-year-old Donna Freeman of Frankfort, was taken to Adena Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
The road was closed for around five hours during the investigation.
