An east side ramp was that closed Monday afternoon because of a jackknifed semi and fuel leak reopened around 8:30 p.m.
The ramp from Interstate 70 west to Interstate 270 south was closed on the east side for more than five hours.
The crash occurred shortly before 3 p.m.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
