Two men are accused of forcing their way into an apartment in northwest Columbus and then beating and robbing the resident inside.
Matthew Ryan Weiss and Josella Gist allegedly forced their way into an apartment on the 5000 block of Dierker Road on Thursday night around 11:30 p.m.
Wiess and Gist were accused of beating and kneeing the man in the head and face, causing an orbital fracture to the victim.
Police said the men took a wallet and cell phone from the victim's pockets. They were charged with aggravated robbery.
