A tractor-trailer carrying pottery overturned, closing the ramp from Interstate 71 north to I-70 east to be closed for hours Monday morning.
The entrance ramp from Greenlawn Avenue to I-71 north was also closed for hours because of the crash.
The crash occurred around 5:40 a.m., while dense fog was reported in the area.
The driver of the semi was not seriously injured. The events leading to the crash were under investigation.
ODOT said that both ramps were open around 12:40 p.m.
