A 350,000-square-foot outlet mall is slated for Delaware County.
The outlet, which is owned by the Simon Property Group and the Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, is planned for a location off of Interstate 71, 20 miles north of downtown and 11 miles north of Interstate 270.
The center will be home to more than 90 brand name and designer outlets, according to the Simon property group.
The mall is slated to take about a year and will employ 900 full and part-time employees when the mall opens.
