Authorities hoped that surveillance photos would help track down women accused of stealing electronics from a Walmart.

Employees at the Lewis Center Walmart reported a theft in progress around 3 a.m. Monday.

In all, an Xbox, Wii gaming system and an HP computer were stolen from the store, according to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.

“The more publicity we can get on these crimes, the better response that we can get, the more people who are looking at these suspects and are calling law enforcement,” said Delaware County Sheriff Russ Martin. “We think it does help solve these offenses.”
Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to contact Detective Christina Burke at 740-833-2831.
