A man was in custody after neighbors of his alleged victim chased him down.

According to court documents, two neighbors witnessed Don R. Coiner leaving an unattached garage, along Princeton Avenue, and jump a fence on Sunday.

The neighbors chased Coiner and caught him along Chicago Avenue. Coiner was discovered to have a black nylon case with DeWalt drill bits in his pocket.

The owner of the garage confirmed that they were removed from her property. Coiner was charged with breaking and entering.

Coiner was held in jail on $10,000 bond on Tuesday.
