The Chillicothe Police Department is investigating a company for failing to do work after receiving payment.
Police said Restore It USA, LLC claims to be from Columbus, and offers to fix roof damage caused by wind and hail.
10TV News checked with the Better Business Bureau and found that the BBB suspended the company's accreditation on Nov. 9 due to failure to respond to a complaint.
The company has until Nov. 30 to appeal the BBB action.
Restore It USA, LLC had not responded to our calls for comment as of late Monday.
