Police said that a man caused a crash that killed a woman.
Nikki Woods, 42, was killed when a van and a car collided along Hamilton Road at Mound Street the morning of Nov. 15.
The crash also sent a child and another adult to local hospitals.
ThisWeek Community Newspapers reported that police charged Vannasak Pachith with vehicular homicide.
Pachith was expected to appear in court on Nov. 30.
