Former COSI Employee Indicted On Child Pornography Charges

WBNS-10TV has learned that a former COSI employee was indicted on multiple child pornography charges.

Jay Mumford, a former projection manager for COSI, was indicted on four child pornography counts.

COSI officials said that they were notified of Mumford’s charges several months ago and that he was fired immediately.

COSI officials said confirmed with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office that no COSI patrons were involved and that no COSI computers or equipment were used.

According to COSI, Mumford managed all of its theater equipment for 12 years during his employment.

Mumford was featured in a 10TV News story in 2001, showing off COSI’s seven story “extreme screen.”
