A multi-county effort landed four people behind bars. The group is charged with trafficking heroin across Central Ohio.
The Union County Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement Task Force said that the group was purchasing heroin in Columbus and bringing it to Bellefontaine to sell.
According to ThisWeek Community News, Lawrence Ratleff, Scott Boggs, Stanley Artist and Jennifer Joseph were arrested. All four were taken to jail.
