Two missing Belmont County toddlers were found safe Tuesday morning in Trumbull County.
An Amber alert was issued Monday night for the missing children, both two-years-old.
The children went missing from a Belmont County Walmart.
They were found with their mother's friend, Kristie Feher, near Youngstown.
Feher is in custody and charges are expected to be filed against her.
