All northbound traffic was reopened on state Route 3 in Delaware County, between Maxtown Road and Mount Royal Avenue, because of downed power lines.
According to Genoa Township Police, power lines fell across the road, shutting down all northbound lanes and all but one southbound lane at about 4 p.m.
There were no immediate reports of injuries. The road remained closed to large vehicles.
