John Simon has been named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week, Corey Brown has been named the Special Teams POW.
Defensive lineman Simon had six tackles, including four sacks in the 21-14 overtime win over Wisconsin.
Currently, Simon is the conference leader with nine sacks for the year.
This is his second career Big Ten POW honor.
Corey Brown had a 68-yard punt return for a touchdown in the game. He averaged 23 yards on three returns against the Badgers.
This is second Big Ten Special Teams POW honor.
