Police are still searching for a man in connection with a Delaware County murder after arresting one person on Monday evening.

According to police, they arrested an unidentified man, thought to be a person of interest in connection with a Nov. 9 murder in Harlem Township, but police said that it was the wrong man.

According to police, officers took a man into custody near Livingston and Fairwood avenues at about 5:30 p.m. The reason for the man’s arrest was not immediately known.

Investigators said on Monday that they had a person of interest in connection with the death of Dontee Gervins.

Gervins spent more than a week in a hospital after he was found shot along Red Bank Read on Nov. 9. He died on Sunday.

Detectives were working to determine if the Nov. 9 fatal shooting was drug related.
