Police said a Columbus man is accused of trying to smother a woman with a pillow
According to court documents, Jeremiah Depp, 22, broke through the front door of an apartment, located on Sanburn Place, at about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 1, and attacked a woman.
Depp is charged with burglary and assault.
The unidentified woman survived the attack.
