A young man was hospitalized after a drive-by shooting Tuesday evening.
Police said that 23-year-old Brandon Penick was walking near East Livingston Avenue when the gunman pulled up in a vehicle around 7 p.m.
The gunman fired shots at Penick, striking him once in his side, before fleeing the scene. Police said that someone transported him for medical attention before medics were called.
Police described the shooter’s vehicle as a silver or gold Dodge Durango.
