An overturned truck blocked Frank Road near state Route 104 around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Authorities said that all of westbound Frank Road was blocked as well as the ramp getting on and off Interstate 71 south bound.
The closure was expected to last at least an hour.
Authorities have not said if the driver was injured in the crash.
