A man is facing charges for allegedly shooting at another man along High Street during an altercation Saturday afternoon.
Police said John D. Tisher II is accused of firing a shot at Anthony Strong as they fought in the back of a residence on the 2000 block of South High Street around 3:45 p.m.
Strong told police that Tisher fired one shot that missed.
Tisher was apprehended after he fled the scene on a motor vehicle. Tisher was scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
