UPDATED: Monday November 12, 2012 5:20 PM

A 16-year-old girl was found at the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, located on Macsway Avenue in East Columbus.

It was unknown what school the girl was heading to or where the alleged crime occurred.

A woman working at the Salvation Army next door to the Chuck E. Cheese said that the teenager bolted through the door and asked for help.

“She looked like her shirt was all muddy and the back of her pants were all wet, and she was walking like she was hurting,” said Debbie Hughley of the Salvation Army.

Joe Trapasso, the manager of the Salvation Army, said that he tried to comfort the girl.

“She was very upset, and I just wanted to make sure she knew that nothing was going to happen to her, and I guaranteed her that nothing was going to happen in this store,” Trapasso said. “I just wanted her to feel safe, because she was shook up and crying.”
