The ramp from Interstate 70 west to Interstate 270 north on the east side was closed late Friday morning because of an overturned truck.
According to police, a truck overturned on the ramp shortly before 11 a.m.
The road reopened shortly after noon.
The truck was leaking gasoline.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
