Grove City Police Ask For Help Identifying Thieves

Police said that a number of people have recently walked out of stores with cartloads of stolen items.

Grove City police were asking for help identifying the thieves.

On Oct. 1, a man was caught on surveillance video walking out of the Kmart store, located at 2400 Stringtown Rd., with two Oregon Xplore tablets.

Police have tied the man, seen in the attached pictures in the yellow shirt, to a similar theft on Oct. 26. at the Walmart, also located on Stringtown Road.

During that theft, the unidentified man is accused of stealing Leap Frog learning devices.

On Oct. 25, a woman was caught on surveillance video stealing a TV and a Dyson vacuum cleaner from the Walmart store, located at 1693 Stringtown Rd. The woman was seen putting the items in a shopping cart and leaving the store through the lawn and garden exit.

On Oct. 28, a man also was captured on surveillance video stealing a Dyson vacuum cleaner from the Meijer store, located on London-Groveport Road.

The man was seen leaving in a dark-colored SUV or truck with a cap.
