Dublin Photographer Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography Charges

A photographer accused of taking videos of a teen in various states of nudity without her knowledge pleaded guilty on Thursday in connection with child porn.

Royce Nicely took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to two counts of voyeurism and two counts of pandering sexually oriented material.

Nicely, 41, was indicted on more than 20 counts after investigators said that they found pictures and videos of Nicely's business computer.

Nicely will be sentenced next month. He could face between 18 months and five years in prison.
