A man is being charged with driving a truck through a locked gate and across Interstate 70 to try and elude police.
Court records said police tried to stop Stephen Eisnaugle on Monday around 7:30 p.m.
Authorities tried to pull Eisnaugle over for a traffic violation near Trabue Rd. and Walcutt.
Police said Eisnaugle refused to stop, rammed the vehicle through a locked gate of a business on Walcutt, and drove over an embankment and across westbound lanes of I-70.
After the truck crashed, police said Eisnaugle ran from the scene only to be arrested a short time later.
Eisnaugle was charged with receiving stolen property, and his bond was set at $10,000.
