A man is out on bond after being charged with voyeurism.
According to court documents, Adam Husband is accused of videotaping under a woman's dress on multiple occasions on Oct. 23.
Court documents stated that Husband told investigators that he was shopping at a Walmart store, located on West Point Plaza Drive, for perfume for his wife. He had his 5-year-old daughter with him.
Husband alleged took his camera out and put it under the dress of a woman who was bent over looking at Halloween costumes.
Husband, 26, said that he videotaped under her dress two times and that he felt the woman was shoplifting.
According to court documents, Husband also said that he saw the woman's "private parts" and that he thought she was "coming on to him."
