A man wanted for embezzling "a large sum of money" from the Fraternal Order of Eagles in New Lexington has been found in Florida.
John Rucker was indicted in June 2002.
He was stopped Sunday in by police in Waldo, Fla., and he had no driver's license.
Authorities discovered the outstanding Perry County warrant for Rucker.
