Fire fighters battled a large blaze at a barn near Canal Winchester Monday afternoon.
Residents reported seeing black smoke in the area shortly after 4 p.m.
The barn was burning on Waterloo Street.
There were no reports of injuries, and fire officials had not determined what started it.
Fire officials said while the flames were under control, they were going to have to let the barn burn to the ground.
