Areas of frost will be likely after 2 a.m. as temperatures drop back to near 30 degrees by Monday morning. Skies will start out mostly sunny Monday and become partly cloudy during the afternoon. Temperatures will remain cool with highs in the upper 40's. Election Day will be quiet and seasonably cool with partly cloudy skies and dry conditions. A storm moving up the East Coast will bring clouds and the chance for showers to the area on Wednesday.
