Fifth Person Charged In Connection With Marion Man’s Death

A fifth person has been charged in connection with the death of a 60-year-old man on the eve of his birthday.

Allan Brown was found dead at his home, located in the 1100 block of Church Street, at about 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Two 19-year-old men, Justin J. Miller and Taylor E. Sherman, were charged with two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of burglary and one count of tampering with evidence each.

An woman, identified as 18-year-old Amanda Brockman, was charged with complicity to murder, and an unidentified juvenile was charged with complicity to burglary.

The Brockman and the juvenile were said to be connected to brown by marriage.

Another man, identified as 19-year-old Grant Brockman, was charged with obstruction in connection with the alleged murder.
