Police said a 16-year-old is in custody following a fatal shooting Thursday night on Smith Road in southeast Columbus.
Authorities said Kylan Cunningham, 19, was shot around 7 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
SWAT officers took in two people of interest following the shooting.
After they were questioned, a 16-year-old was charged with the homicide.
This is the 81st homicide in Columbus this year.
