A former pet store employee was being questioned in connection with a concealed camera being found inside of a store bathroom.
Fairfield County Sheriff Dave Phalen said that an employee of Jack’s Pet Store, located at6334 Gender Rd., called authorities who executed a search warrant at the store on Thursday.
Jack's Pets corporate office said that the person being questioned was no longer employed.
Officials seized a camera that was concealed inside of a bathroom as well as a computer.
Investigators said that they had not yet filed charges against the former employee, who is accused of photographing at least one female, who was a minor.
Authorities said that they were working to collect forensic evidence for the camera and computer.
