After months of negotiations, the City of Whitehall and Franklin County Public Health officials have agreed to let the court put a hold on the motion to tear down the Woodcliff Condominiums.
As part of the agreement, all properties, located along East Broad Street in Whitehall, must be brought up to code within the next 18 months.
The first properties to be renovated will be those that are occupied, starting with the worst properties first.
The agreement specifically identifies which properties will be fixed when.
