A man was hospitalized at Grant Medical Center after being shot at outside of his workplace on Wednesday.
According to police, the shooting occurred in the 4400 block of East Main Street shortly after 3 p.m.
The man was sitting in his vehicle outside of SM World Communications, located at 4421 E. Main St., when someone approached him and fired two shots.
One of the shots struck the man in the chin. He condition was unknown.
One person was taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
The names of those involved were not immediately released.
