Police said two people were dead following an apparent murder-suicide on Cranbrook Lane Tuesday night.
The couple's teenage son came home around 9 p.m. and could see his father inside bleeding on the floor, according to police reports.
Officers responded to the residence and reported hearing a gunshot from inside.
Anthony Penick, 51, and Erica Smith-Penick, 50 were both found dead.
Police said the initial investigation indicates taht Erica Smith-Penick shot Anthony Penick and then herself.
