Police were searching for men who allegedly robbed an employee of an east Columbus bar early Wednesday morning.
Police said that an employee of the bar The Woods, located on East Fifth Avenue, reported being assaulted by multiple people dressed like security guards.
According to police, the man ran to someone’s home for help and was taken to University Hospital east, where he was recovering.
The alleged robbers got away with several items, including the employee’s ID.
The names of those involved were not immediately released.
