The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission is recommending that trick-or-treat times scheduled for Wednesday be held as planned.
That would include many local communities, including Columbus.
The agency said that the forecast for Wednesday, while cold, will not be dangerous.
Forecasters call for temperatures in the upper 30s to lower 40s with 10-25 mph winds.
If conditions were to worsen, MORPC would make the recommendation to postpone trick-or-treat times until Thursday, Nov. 1.
Parents should make sure their children are bundled up for the elements on Wednesday.
