Wet and breezy weather will continue tonight with overnight lows dipping into the upper 30’s. A few wet snowflakes could mix in overnight with no accumulation expected. On and off rain will continue Monday with increasing wind through the day. A HIGH WIND WATCH is in effect Monday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts over 50 mph will be possible by late Monday into Monday night. Also, locally heavy rain will be possible by late Monday and continue into Tuesday. A FLOOD WATCH is in effect for much of eastern Ohio through Tuesday.  The rain may mix with snow at times Monday night with some accumulation possible. The winds will gradually diminish by late Tuesday but it will still be quite breezy through midweek with on and off rain showers.
